TOUCH GO was slow to begin. TRIUMPHANT COLOURS began awkwardly, shifted in and bumped SHINING VICTORY which in turn shifted in and bumped WINE WIN. In this incident, TRIUMPHANT COLOURS lost ground. Shortly after the start, LET ME FIGHT was steadied away from the heels of REGENCY DRAGON which got its head on the side and shifted in. Approaching and passing the 400 Metres, LET ME FIGHT was held up for clear running behind MULTIGLORY. Passing the 200 Metres, TOUCH GO, which was closing the race off strongly, was steadied away from the heels of TRIUMPHANT COLOURS and shifted to the inside of that horse in an attempt to obtain clear running. TOUCH GO was then badly held up for running until the concluding stages and because of this was not properly tested. LITTLE BRIDGE and LET ME FIGHT were sent for sampling. <8/11/2010 Additional Veterinary Report> The Clinical Veterinary Surgeon reported that REGENCY DRAGON was lame in its left front leg on the morning after racing. Before being allowed to race again, REGENCY DRAGON will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
