RED ZOFFANY, which was fractious in the barriers, was bumped on jumping by GENERAL TRUMP which began awkwardly and shifted in. This resulted in DESTINE JEWELLERY racing tight between RED ZOFFANY and VICTORIOUS LEADER which on jumping was bumped by FAIRY TWINS which shifted out. After this, RED ZOFFANY was ridden along, however, near the 1100 Metres when racing wide was steadied to obtain cover. From wide barriers, SUCCESS ALLSTARS, HAPPY TANGO and PERFECT HARMONY were all steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners. When also being steadied from a wide barrier to obtain cover, FLYING PHOTOS got its head up on a number of occasions approaching and passing the 1100 Metres when proving difficult to settle. Making the turn near the 1050 Metres, RED ZOFFANY shifted out away from DESTINE JEWELLERY which was racing tight outside FAIRY TWINS. FLYING PHOTOS, which was following RED ZOFFANY, got its head up when awkwardly placed behind that horse in consequence. After the 1000 Metres, SUCCESS ALLSTARS was left racing wide and without cover and near the 800 Metres was allowed to improve into a more prominent position, however, continued to race wide and without cover. For some distance after the 1000 Metres, DESTINE JEWELLERY travelled keenly when racing outside FAIRY TWINS. DESTINE JEWELLERY then continued to travel keenly and near the 800 Metres was steadied away from the SUCCESS ALLSTARS (M Chadwick) which shifted in when not properly clear. M Chadwick was advised to exercise more care when shifting ground. RED ZOFFANY, which was racing behind DESTINE JEWELLERY, was awkwardly placed behind that horse in consequence and shifted out away from the heels of DESTINE JEWELLERY. GENERAL TRUMP lost its left hind plate approaching the 900 Metres. Making the turn after the 600 Metres, VICTORIOUS LEADER got its head on the side and hung out towards the heels of DESTINE JEWELLERY, resulting in VICTORIOUS LEADER being awkwardly placed inside that horse. Making the turn after the 600 Metres, HAPPY TANGO shifted in and brushed the running rail. After initially being awkwardly placed inside the heels of GENERAL TRUMP approaching the 50 Metres, WAYFOONG CHARMER (H N Wong) shifted in close to the finishing line, resulting in HAPPY TANGO being steadied when crowded for room. H N Wong was reprimanded and advised to ensure that he makes every endeavour to prevent his mounts from shifting ground in similar circumstances. GENERAL TRUMP, MR PICASSO and DESTINE JEWELLERY were sent for sampling. <12/3/2020 Additional Veterinary Report>The Veterinary Officer reported that TATTENHALL FORTUNE was lame in its right front leg on the morning after racing. Before being allowed to race again, TATTENHALL FORTUNE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
