For some distance approaching and passing the 1400 Metres, FAT TURTLE proved very difficult to settle when being steadied to obtain cover and then after being crossed by BEAUTY GENERATION after the 1200 Metres continued to travel keenly and was awkwardly placed behind that horse until near the 1000 Metres.
At the entrance to the Straight, FAT TURTLE shifted out and brushed SOUTHERN LEGEND.
Passing the 300 Metres, THINKIN’ BIG raced tight inside WAIKUKU which lay in.
A veterinary inspection of KA YING STAR immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
SOUTHERN LEGEND and BEAUTY GENERATION were sent for sampling.
