MISTER DAPPER (H376): After being crossed by AFFORDABLE leaving the 1300 Metres commenced to race keenly and when positioned tight to the outside of THE AZURE continued to race keenly and struck the heels of AFFORDABLE and blundered.

STORM WINNER (J069): Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out when positioned close to SPECIAL HEDGE which was giving ground. After the event, C Y Ho reported that his mount hung in under pressure in the Home Straight and proved difficult to ride out. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, STORM WINNER will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
