On March 13th, in a dirt trial over 1200m (sections recorded as 6-7-5), the horse was slightly slow to jump but responded well to urging after 300m, accelerating to move forward. Eight weeks ago, it ran a respectable race on dirt mile, jumping moderately and settling towards the rear with a steady pace before finishing third under pressure. A subsequent trial showed no noticeable improvement. Another dirt trial over 1800m was undertaken, and this time it will run without any additional weight. Considering its past performance at this distance and comparable times within its group, it appears to be a leading contender among the field; trainer and jockey have a good rapport. However, drawing an outside barrier necessitates a hold-up strategy, but its finishing kick may not match rivals, making its chances less favorable – a trailing finish is anticipated.
