On March 27th (dirt trial 1200m: 8-8-8), the horse broke slowly and circled wide on the turn, showing limited response when urged in the straight. On March 18th (dirt trial 1200m: 6-7-5), it responded to urging over the final two furlongs and showed willingness to chase. On March 7th (Conghua turf trial 1200m: 1-1-6), it stumbled at the start, tracked the rail comfortably but weakened in the final stages. On February 24th (Conghua turf trial 1000m: 3-4-5), its response to urging was unremarkable and below par. On February 14th (Conghua turf trial 800m: 4-8-8), it ran respectably when urged but needs further improvement. On November 18th (Conghua turf trial 1000m: 2-3-1), the horse improved with riding and showed winning potential. A November 8th (Conghua turf trial 800m: 7-7-8) saw a less impressive performance when urged. This Australian PP has a MA288 predicted rating of 57. After winning a low-level race overseas, it was imported to Hong Kong, racing mid-division in its last start before finishing with a good surge. Having trialed seven times this season without reaching desired form, this is the horse's debut run; further assessment after one race is recommended.
