ABSOLUTE SUNSHINE (H342): Jumped awkwardly and lost ground. Throughout the early and middle stages raced keenly and after the 1100 Metres was checked to avoid HYPER DRAGON BALL. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. CHIU CHOW SPIRIT (H175): No report. HYPER DRAGON BALL (G450): No report. STORM LEGEND (G139): No report. TAMRA BLITZ (G237): Sent for sampling post-race. MARADO (E245): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. RATTAN KINGDOM (G035): Crowded at the start by GOLDEN SAMURAI which shifted in abruptly. Near the 300 Metres was hampered when HYPER DRAGON BALL shifted out to improve. FRANTANCK (H429): Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. MASSIVE ACTION (E445): Sent for sampling post-race. FALLON (H219): Shortly after the start was hampered when crowded by RATTAN KINGDOM. After the race, K De Melo reported that his mount raced greenly throughout the event. GOLDEN SAMURAI (H024): Jumped awkwardly and shifted in abruptly. Over the concluding stages was crowded between CHIU CHOW SPIRIT (A Badel) which shifted in and TAMRA BLITZ (H Bowman) which shifted to the outside of MASSIVE ACTION to improve. Both A Badel and H Bowman were advised to exercise more care. Sent for sampling post-race. LET'S DO IT (E132): Passing the 1100 Metres was steadied when crowded between COMET SPLENDIDO and ABSOLUTE SUNSHINE which, when being steadied away from the heels of HYPER DRAGON BALL, commenced to race keenly and shifted out, crowding the running of LET’S DO IT. Near the 500 Metres became positioned close to the heels of COMET SPLENDIDO and shifted out slightly. Near the 300 Metres was steadied when crowded by COMET SPLENDIDO (K H Chan) which shifted out and then near the 250 Metres was crowded by STORM LEGEND (Apprentice E C W Wong) which shifted in. Both K H Chan and Apprentice Wong were reprimanded and advised they must stop riding and straighten their mounts when they shift ground whilst not clear. COMET SPLENDIDO (G071): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have bled from both nostrils. DARCI JOY (E161): Apprentice Y L Chung was spoken to in respect of raising his whip arm above shoulder height. Passing the winning post was crowded between CHIU CHOW SPIRIT and HYPER DRAGON BALL.
