DIAMOND FOREVER (H194): In the middle stages raced keenly and for some distance near the 1100 Metres was steadied away from YOO YOO KNIGHT. GOOD VIEW GLORY (H154): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. NOBLE ONE (G278): Jumped only fairly and then shortly after the start was crowded. SUPER CONTENTED (H251): Crowded on jumping and became unbalanced. When questioned, Apprentice E C W Wong stated that approaching the 1100 Metres his mount lay in and away from GOOD VIEW GLORY and as a result made slight contact with the running rail. He said after this contact GOOD VIEW GLORY then over-reacted and shifted in further, making heavy contact with the running rail for some distance, becoming badly unbalanced and losing significant ground. Trainer C Fownes was advised that the racing manners of SUPER CONTENTED were considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, SUPER CONTENTED will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial in amongst other runners and to be ridden by a senior rider. He said he may experiment with the gear on the horse before the barrier trial. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. CASA LEGEND (G126): From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. For some distance passing the 1200 Metres raced keenly and was steadied away from GOOD VIEW GLORY. After the race, Z Purton could offer no excuse for his mount not running on strongly in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race. ONE HEART ONE (H004): Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have an epiglottic entrapment. YOO YOO KNIGHT (H053): On the Home Turn lay out. Sent for sampling post-race. EASY TWO (G423): From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. APEX TOP (D136): No report. SUPER JOY (G251): Jumped awkwardly. Lay out in the early stages and as a result shifted out making the first turn. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. FORTUNE MASTER (D371): After the race, B Avdulla stated that from a wide barrier his mount settled towards the back in the field. He said when placed under pressure in the Home Straight FORTUNE MASTER did not respond to his riding and, in his opinion, races best when able to be positioned amongst other runners. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. BEAT HOLLOW (G414): After the 200 Metres Apprentice Y L Chung dropped his left rein for a number of strides before regathering it. Sent for sampling post-race. JUST GREAT TWO (G174): No report. COMPULSORY (E328): Jumped awkwardly and lost ground.
