EVERYONE'S DELIGHT (D029): Crowded at the start. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. The performance of EVERYONE’S DELIGHT, which finished tailed out on the second consecutive occasion, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, EVERYONE’S DELIGHT will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a series of consecutive barrier trials and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. YELLOWFIN (G326): No report. OUTGATE (H113): No report. ADEFILL (G317): Held up for clear running between the 500 Metres and the 400 Metres. Sent for sampling post-race. PERFECT TEAM (H120): Jumped only fairly and then was crowded. Held up on the Home Turn. LOYAL BABY (E130): No report. SELF IMPROVEMENT (H337): In the early stages raced keenly and lay out. ROMANTIC CHARM (H227): Jumped awkwardly and shifted out. The Stewards opened an inquiry into the reason for ROMANTIC CHARM falling near the 450 Metres, resulting in C Y Ho being dislodged. After taking evidence from M F Poon, the rider of ABSOLUTE SUNSHINE, the inquiry was adjourned so that Jockey Ho, who had been transported to hospital for medical assessment, could be interviewed. After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that as a consequence of the fall ROMANTIC CHARM was lame in its right front and right hind legs. Before being allowed to race again, ROMANTIC CHARM will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. SO WE JOY (D082): Sent for sampling post-race. FRANTANCK (H429): Shifted in and was bumped. Sent for sampling post-race. ABSOLUTE SUNSHINE (H342): No report. NORDIC STAR (G433): Jumped only fairly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. MIGHTY ARMOUR (H071): Raced wide and without cover until near the 700 Metres. The performance of MIGHTY ARMOUR, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, MIGHTY ARMOUR will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. SEIZING THE MOMENT (E444): From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
