UP AND UP (H163): Prior to the declaration of weighed-in, the Stewards considered an application from Jockey C L Chau and Trainer C S Shum that UP AND UP had been denied a fair start. The Stewards were of the view that UP AND UP had not been denied a fair start and declared weighed-in on the numbers semaphored by the Judge.
CHATEAU (H214): After the race, A Atzeni reported that from the outside barrier he was obliged to take up a forward position and as a result CHATEAU was unable to finish the race off. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
