SUPER LEGENDS (H364): Slow to begin. In the early stages raced keenly and for some distance near the 900 Metres got its head up when being checked away from GOLDEN RISE, shifted out and made contact with LUCKY TOUCH. GOLDEN RISE (H242): For a short distance near the 400 Metres was held up for clear running behind CIRCUIT TEN and was shifted to that runner’s outside to secure clear running. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. SUPER HIGHWAY (G050): In the middle stages over-raced and near the 800 Metres got its head up when being restrained away from NEW POWER. CIRCUIT TEN (G429): When racing in a four wide position without cover was ridden forward after the 700 Metres to obtain a three wide position, however, remained racing without cover. DEEP PURSUIT (H288): Jumped awkwardly and lost ground. LO PAN SPIRIT (J233): Sent for sampling post-race. LUCKY TOUCH (J203): Near the 900 Metres was bumped by SUPER LEGENDS and as a result became unbalanced. After the race, Z Purton reported that due to the pace of the event being run outside of standard time in the early stages, LUCKY TOUCH found it difficult to make up any appreciable ground in the Home Straight, however, he was not too disappointed with its performance in the circumstances. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race. MR ENERGIA (J239): Near the 400 Metres was hampered and taken wider by GOLDEN RISE. AWESOME TREASURE (E435): Sent for sampling post-race. SUPER CHARIZZARD (J184): From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse’s trachea. SUPER GLORY (J025): Throughout the early stages over-raced and near the 900 Metres got its head up when being steadied to avoid LO PAN SPIRIT (H Bentley) which shifted in when not clear. H Bentley was reprimanded. NEW POWER (H325): No report.
