Following a recent trial at Conghua (7/3) over 1000m on the turf, this runner showed good progression with accelerating splits – finishing 6th, 3rd and 2nd. Its last outing on the Sha Tin turf over 1400m was unremarkable; held a good position tracking the pace but lacked the final surge to finish. A subsequent trial wasn’t particularly impressive. Another turf trial over 1200m saw a 2lb weight reduction, and connections are now opting for a hold-up strategy. While its overall form isn't compelling, its time compared to others in the group was reasonable, and drawing an inside barrier offers some potential for a late rally. However, current prospects appear challenging.
