On March 14th, in a Happy Valley turf trial over 1000m, the horse had an average start, moved out in the second section and finished third. Its last run was on dirt mile where it performed poorly; a slow jump saw it settle at the back with a steady pace but failed to respond when challenged, resulting in a significant defeat. After a short break, a barrier trial showed slight improvement. Making its stable debut, it recently trialed on dirt over 1200m. This time carrying a two-pound weight reduction and drawing an outside barrier, the tactics will likely be to settle back, however, the finishing kick may not be strong enough to compete effectively. Despite this, the horse recorded the best time within its group, possessing a clear advantage in ability compared to other contenders and appears to have potential.
