Stepping up to Sha Tin 2000m for the first time, he will carry an additional nine pounds this race. The distance increase is expected to suit him, and he should be able to secure a good position tracking the leaders from an advantageous inside barrier. Despite potentially lacking a strong finishing kick, his chances shouldn’t be discounted.
