On April 8th, a turf trial over 1000m saw the horse running sections in 4-4-2, showing encouraging late speed. Four weeks ago, over the same distance, the horse ran well despite a slow start, settling towards the rear before finishing with a strong surge. He finished sixth, beaten two and a half lengths. A subsequent trial showed slight improvement. Entering this race after being transferred to Hong Kong, he will carry an additional 16 pounds. Having previously won twice over this distance, alongside favorable timing within the field and drawing a good barrier, the horse appears in advantageous form. Based on its ability, it is considered a strong contender in this race and worth following closely.
