On April 22nd, during a dirt trial over 1200m (sections: 1-1-3), the horse showed good speed, cutting in and finishing third. Six weeks ago, it ran well over a Happy Valley 1200m, jumping moderately but finishing strongly from behind to secure second place, beaten by only half a length – a respectable performance. A recent barrier trial indicated slight improvement. Now switching to a Happy Valley sprint for the first time at this distance, the horse is racing without additional weight and has drawn a favorable barrier. It underwent gate work preparation, suggesting it's well-prepared, however, the distance may not suit its running style, making its chances uncertain; a place finish would be satisfactory.
