On May 12th (dirt trial 1200m: 6-5-3), the jump was slightly slow and turning wasn’t agile, however, straightened well and accelerated to finish third. On April 29th (dirt trial 1200m: 1-1-1), showed excellent speed throughout, winning comfortably. On April 17th (dirt trial 1200m: 1-2-1), briefly drifted wide on the turn but recovered well and quickened nicely to finish strongly. Eight weeks ago, this horse ran poorly over a Sha Tin mile, settling in a good position tracking the leaders with a steady pace but lacking a finishing surge, resulting in a significant defeat. After a short break, has shown improvement through three barrier trials. Making its debut on turf over 1400m this time without any additional weight, the distance is not ideal and drawing an unfavorable outside barrier. However, appears capable of tracking the leaders and could adopt a pace-setting position. The trainer and jockey have faith in each other; a clean break will be key to securing a forward position.
