On May 23rd (Conghua turf trial 1600m: 1-2-2-3), the horse settled near the front, received several whips in the final section while maintaining a steady pace. On April 25th (Conghua turf trial 1600m: 1-1-1-2), it led comfortably under restraint, pushed and whipped but only maintained its momentum. On April 11th (Conghua turf trial 1200m: 2-2-5), it was urged from the 200m mark, maintaining pace. On March 24th (Conghua turf trial 1000m: 4-4-3) a slow start but tested with strong riding in the straight while holding its ground. On February 28th (Conghua turf trial 1000m: 2-3-6), it was pushed and ridden hard, showing an average response. On February 10th (Conghua turf trial 1000m: 5-6-5), urged from the halfway mark, making some ground but lacking strength. January 21st (dirt trial 1200m: 5-7-9) faded in the straight and finished last. This is its debutant race; it began training after arriving in Hong Kong in late November of last year. It has trialled seven times this season with no outstanding performances, displaying a low stride but lacking strong acceleration, showing consistent speed. It’s expected to suit 1400m-1600m distances; however, as this is its first run and preparation may be incomplete, it carries a heavier weight, so observing its performance in one race is advised.
