Two weeks ago, over the same distance, this horse performed well despite a slow start and settling towards the rear. He made a strong late run in the final two sections with good speed but was still beaten two and a half lengths, finishing fifth. This time benefiting from a two-pound weight reduction and drawing an outside barrier, the plan is to settle back again. However, his finishing kick isn’t as strong as some rivals, leaving him in a less favorable position. The trainer-jockey combination hasn't been ideal, but he has good sectionals times overall. With Karis Teetan taking the ride, the jockey now has a better understanding of the horse’s capabilities and is expected to improve on his last performance.
