On September 1st (from Conghua turf trial 1000m: 7-5-5), this horse underwent a barrier trial with urging, moving forward at a good pace. On August 21st (from Conghua dirt trial 1200m: 5-5-6), the finishing speed weakened and the performance was unremarkable. This is the horse's seasonal debut after two trials showing no significant improvement. Further trialled over Sha Tin 1400m, this time with a 2lb weight reduction, and timed against its group, it will need to be held back in the field but lacks sufficient finishing speed compared to rivals. Despite having previously won twice at this distance, pre-race preparation was adequate, however, it’s not considered a strong contender for this race.
