August 30th, a turf trial over 1000m saw the horse settling near the front and showing reasonable pace. This is his seasonal debut following one barrier trial which wasn’t fully extended. He will carry five pounds more this time; the section times were not favorable in comparison to other horses in the group. Despite four wins from nineteen starts over this distance, drawing a good barrier, he's expected to settle mid-division and rely on a finishing kick. Showing improvement with each run but opportunities appear limited at present.
