On August 29th, during a turf trial at Conghua over 1200m (sections recorded as 4-4-1), the horse settled in a good position tracking the leaders and launched an uninterrupted sprint upon entering the straight. This is the horse’s seasonal debut, following one barrier trial which showed slight improvement. Switching to a Happy Valley sprint distance for its first attempt at this trip, it will carry a two-pound weight reduction this time but has drawn a poor barrier, making its situation less favorable. Even if held back early, it possesses strong finishing kick amongst the group and is undergoing gatework practice with morning workouts indicating progress; further observation after one run is recommended.
