Three weeks ago, this horse led in a Happy Valley mile but faded noticeably. Switching to dirt over 1200m for its first attempt at this distance, it benefits from a one-pound weight reduction this time. It’s expected to challenge for the lead if able, and enjoys a favorable situation. The jockey knows the horse well, however, shortening the distance is not ideal and there appears to be limited synergy with the trainer; aiming for a competitive finish.
