Two weeks ago, this horse performed poorly in a straight course race, slow to jump and settling towards the rear. He made a move in the middle stages but faded badly and finished well-defeated. Dropping back in class, he will now trial on Sha Tin turf over 1200m. This time he needs to carry 11 pounds more than his last start, with unfavorable timing against the competition and drawing an outside barrier which is a disadvantageous situation. Despite having some previous form over this distance and potential for an early lead, the horse appears tense and opportunities are limited.
