On October 24th, a turf trial at Conghua over 1000m saw the horse track second early on and respond well when urged forward. Last run winner, five weeks ago it impressively won a dirt race over 1200m leading throughout and showing further momentum in the final stages. A recent barrier trial indicated slight improvement. Having dropped 23 pounds in body weight, this horse returns to Happy Valley over 1200m, carrying an additional six pounds this time. It has previous form over this distance, recording the best time among its group, and is expected to settle in a good position tracking the leaders from a favorable barrier. The finishing kick looks promising and the overall situation is advantageous; based on the horse's ability, it appears to be the strongest contender in this race, with strong synergy between horse, jockey and trainer, giving it a good chance of defending its title.
