Trial on 13/4 over 1000m on Sha Tin turf: (5-4-1) He responded well, catching up in the latter half. Five weeks ago, he ran a very disappointing race over a mile on dirt, settling in front but weakening in the final stages to finish poorly. After a trial run, there has been slight improvement. In his last two runs over 1200m on Happy Valley turf, he has lost all three races, showing a slightly inferior finishing kick; the jockey-trainer combination was not ideal. However, he can hold a favorable forward position and is competitive in the same group; expectations remain modest.
