Five weeks ago in the same race, its performance was very poor, trailing throughout with an even pace and uninspiring run. The positioning was not ideal, and the finishing kick lacked prominence; the jockey-trainer combination was not ideal. The fact that it managed to grab a place, having won twice previously, is not surprising given its current form.
