Three weeks ago, the horse ran respectably over a Happy Valley 1200m, although his early speed was slow and he settled towards the rear with a steady pace, gradually closing in at the finish. In his last run over 1400m on Sha Tin turf, he lost all six races; the time difference in the field placed him at a disadvantage from the start. Racing from the rear, his finishing kick may not match that of his rivals, and there is no outstanding partnership between jockey and trainer. However, the draw is not bad, so caution is advised.
