Three weeks ago, the horse ran poorly over 1200m on Sha Tin turf, finishing near the back with a steady pace and an unremarkable run. Fortunately, he wasn't too far behind, losing only two lengths. In the last outing over 1400m on Sha Tin turf, he needs to carry an extra five pounds this time. The draw was not ideal, and his finishing kick hasn't been outstanding; however, his early speed is sufficient to challenge for position and he has prior experience in this distance, so it's not impossible.
