RAGING BLAZE (K Teetan) jumped only fairly. After the race, K Teetan reported that in this incident his left foot slipped out of the stirrup iron which resulted in him having to re-position his left foot soon after the start. He said after this RAGING BLAZE travelled only fairly throughout the event due to the strong pace and, in his opinion, was looking for additional ground. A veterinary inspection of RAGING BLAZE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. THIS IS GUTS jumped awkwardly and then was hampered when crowded for room between STRIVE FOR GLORY and FORTUNE TURBO which was taken out by GOODMANSHIP. THIS IS GUTS then raced keenly in the early stages when being steadied in an attempt to obtain cover behind SIX BEST FRIENDS. For a short distance near the 300 Metres, THIS IS GUTS was awkwardly placed close to the heels of JAZZ STEED which shifted out. A veterinary inspection of JAZZ STEED immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. STRIVE FOR GLORY and TRONIC MIGHTY were sent for sampling.
