GOLDEN LONG (H462): Jumped awkwardly. In the early stages raced keenly. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. Sent for sampling post-race. LIGHTNING BOLT (G130): No report. REGENT GLORY (E323): For a short distance near the 200 Metres Apprentice E C W Wong was unable to use his whip when he had difficulty changing it from his left to his right hand. ACA POWER (E144): No report. JOLLY COMPANION (H454): After the event, Apprentice P N Wong reported that her mount raced keenly in the lead and as a consequence was left without a finishing effort in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. SO TREASURE (H351): No report. FLYING DRAGON (E360): No report. HOLY POWER (H039): Jumped only fairly. Despite being ridden along in the early stages did not show sufficient pace to hold a more forward position. After the event, Z Purton stated that he was obliged to ride his mount along throughout the early and middle stages to maintain his position and in the Home Straight finished the raced off in a one-paced manner. He added, in his opinion, HOLY POWER would be better suited by being stepped up in distance for its next race start. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race. ROBOT KNIGHT (H464): Sent for sampling post-race. FAMILY FORTUNE (H447): No report. COSMO NAVIGATOR (H156): Over the concluding stages had some difficulty obtaining clear running when positioned behind FLYING DRAGON. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have sustained a small cut to the left hind leg. STRIVE FOR GLORY (D186): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
