AMAZING VICTORY (G123): Over the final 150 Metres was held up for clear running between ORIENTAL SMOKE and BEAUTY FIT, both of which shifted ground slightly and as a result could not be ridden out to the finish of the event. GOLDEN ARTIE (G434): After the race, B Thompson reported that he was instructed to take up a forward position. Trainer P F Yiu confirmed the instructions issued. Sent for sampling post-race. ENTERPRISE ATTACK (H340): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. KARMA (G392): From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Lay out under pressure in the early part of the Home Straight. After the race, the horse was noted to have blood at its mouth. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. LEEDOX (J154): Jumped awkwardly, shifted in and made contact with ORIENTAL SMOKE. HELENE WARRIOR (J207): Bounded at the start and lost ground and then from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Approaching the 1000 Metres commenced to race keenly and got its head up when being steadied away from AMAZING VICTORY. ARMOUR WAR EAGLE (J039): Jumped awkwardly and from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. From the 400 Metres until the 300 Metres was held up for clear running behind HELENE WARRIOR and for some distance thereafter raced tight to the inside of HELENE WARRIOR when improving inside that runner. Approaching the finishing line could not be ridden out when it improved close to MY FLYING ANGEL. ORIENTAL SMOKE (E467): Bumped at the start. YOUNG BRILLIANT (H135): Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have sustained a wound to the left hind leg. Noted to have lost its left hind plate after the race. BEAUTY FIT (E279): Sent for sampling post-race. ONLY U (J037): Jumped only fairly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. MY FLYING ANGEL (J174): No report. AEROINVINCIBLE (J180): After the race, A Atzeni reported that his mount, which is only lightly raced, travelled keenly during the running of the event and as a result finished the race off only fairly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race. FOOLISH HEART (J054): Crowded on jumping. SINBA (H091): Withdrawn on 12.4.24 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame left fore) and replaced by Standby Declared Starter LEEDOX. Before being allowed to race again, SINBA will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
