ANODE (K367): After the event J McDonald stated that with blinkers being applied for the first time today and his mount up in distance he was asked to take up a forward position. He added when ANODE was unable to cross runners to its inside it raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event before being left without a finishing effort in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of ANODE, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, ANODE will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
GHORGAN (K199): Jumped awkwardly and made contact with the right side of its barrier, resulting in its rider K C Leung also making contact with the barrier structure and becoming unbalanced. Between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres was badly held up for clear running.
GENEVA (J114): Near the 400 Metres was held up for clear running behind SOUTH STAR.
POPE CODY (K313): Crowded at the start.
MASTER CHAMPION (K266): No report.
EIGHTY LIGHT YEARS (H170): Approaching the 200 Metres was eased and shifted to the outside of MASTER CHAMPION to obtain clear running. Over the concluding stages could not be fully ridden out when held up between KA YING SUPERB and AKASHVANI. After the event B Thompson stated that his mount was slow to begin and as a result settled further back than what had been anticipated. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

KA YING SUPERB (J091): Near the 900 Metres raced tight to the inside of SOUTH STAR which in turn was positioned tight to the inside of SUPER EXPRESS which lay in away from KING OF DUBAI.
KING OF DUBAI (J433): Shifted in at the start and was bumped. After the event H Bentley stated that from a wide barrier he was asked to take up a forward position. He said he was obliged to make use of his mount in the early stages to comply with his instructions and as a result KING OF DUBAI gave ground in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of KING OF DUBAI, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, KING OF DUBAI will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
LOST CHILD (G461): No report.
SILVERY BREEZE (K057): Withdrawn on 24.5.25 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (blood abnormality) and replaced by Standby Declared Starter MASTER CHAMPION. Before being allowed to race again, SILVERY BREEZE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
