CALIFORNIA DEEPLY (G451): Bumped shortly after the start. YOUNG ARROW (J401): Bumped shortly after the start. Was left racing wide and without cover from the 600 Metres. Sent for sampling post-race. TACTICAL COMMAND (H197): No report. MY DAY MY WAY (J519): After the event C L Chau reported that from the outside barrier he was instructed to take up an on-pace position. He said such instructions were issued as connections felt it was advantageous to race in a forward position tonight. Trainer C S Shum confirmed the instructions issued and said he was of the view that there was not strong pace in the race and that MY DAY MY WAY had shown speed in its barrier trial on 20 May 2025 when it performed well. Sent for sampling post-race. CRYSTAL POWERFUL (H068): No report. KING VICTOR (K042): Jumped only fairly and then raced tight between TEAM HAPPY and TACTICAL COMMAND, both of which shifted ground slightly. REWARDING BUDDY (J373): No report. SUPER PACE (K349): No report. NOBLE FANS (K038): Shifted in shortly after the start, made contact with RICH HORSE and became unbalanced. TELECOM POWER (J332): Shortly after the start was crowded between YOUNG ARROW and CALIFORNIA DEEPLY, both of which shifted ground. After the event H Bentley reported that his mount travelled only fairly during the race and finished off in a one-paced manner in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. RICH HORSE (J191): Stumbled on jumping and shorty after was steadied when crowded between SUPER PACE and NOBLE FANS which shifted in. TEAM HAPPY (J218): Near the 100 Metres was steadied and shifted to the outside of CRYSTAL POWERFUL to continue into clear running. After the event Y L Chung stated that with the horse receiving pressure in the early stages from CRYSTAL POWERFUL it did not appreciate racing inside that horse and as a result finished the race off only fairly in the Home Straight.
