BLAZING WUKONG (K335): Sent for sampling post-race. GOOD LUCK WIN (J135): No report. SUPREME AGILITY (J267): Between the 75 Metres and the concluding stages was held up behind BLAZING WUKONG. THE AUSPICIOUS (K004): From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. VIVACIOUS WIN (K223): Bumped approaching the 700 Metres when racing tight. Near the 350 Metres was steadied when crowded between LUCKY SAM GOR and TIME TO FIRE which shifted out slightly. Between the 300 Metres and the 200 Metres VIVACIOUS WIN was then held up behind JOLLY JUMPER when that runner was giving ground. CONSPIRACY WITNESS (J541): Bumped shortly after the start. Leaving the 100 Metres was steadied to avoid LUCKY SAM GOR (C L Chau) which shifted in. C L Chau was advised to exercise more care. TIME TO FIRE (K117): Shortly after the start was eased when momentarily crowded by SIGHT DREAMER which shifted in slightly. Approaching the 700 Metres was bumped by VIVACIOUS WIN which was racing tight to the inside of GOOD LUCK WIN. LUCKY SAM GOR (K114): C L Chau was fined the sum of $10,000 for breaching Rule 100(3)(f) in that he used his whip in a manner where the hand holding the whip was above shoulder height on a number of occasions over the final 150 Metres. In assessing penalty the Stewards considered that Jockey Chau had been issued with a number of warnings during this racing season. Sent for sampling post-race. SIGHT DREAMER (J542): In the early stages raced keenly when being shifted behind runners to obtain cover. SIGHT DREAMER then continued to race keenly throughout the middle stages and near the 900 Metres was steadied to avoid JOYFUL TREASURE. WINNING MACHINE (K239): Sent for sampling post-race. JOLLY JUMPER (K110): Leaving the 1300 Metres was eased to avoid COLOURFUL WINNER (Apprentice P N Wong) which shifted in when not quite clear. Apprentice Wong was advised to exercise more care and to ensure that she is sufficiently clear when shifting ground. She was also cautioned in respect to the acuteness upon which she shifted in. After the event H Bentley stated that after jumping awkwardly he was obliged to make use of his mount in the early stages, however, was caught wide and without cover for the majority of the event before giving ground in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. SOMELOVEFROMABOVE (J503): Jumped awkwardly, made contact with the left side of its starting gate and then shortly after the start made contact with CONSPIRACY WITNESS. Near the 1200 Metres was steadied when crowded by CONSPIRACY WITNESS which was racing tight to the inside of BLAZING WUKONG (A Atzeni) which shifted in slightly. A Atzeni was reprimanded. COLOURFUL WINNER (J312): No report. JOYFUL TREASURE (J496): In the early stages raced keenly.
