AMAZING FUN (H442): No report. CHAMPION INSTINCT (H012): Jumped awkwardly and then was bumped shortly after the start. From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages. After the event A Atzeni stated that from a wide barrier he was instructed to ride his mount in a conservative manner in the early stages. He said he was issued with such instructions as CHAMPION INSTINCT had been racing disappointingly at its most recent starts when being ridden in a more forward position. BEAUTY MISSILE (H123): From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. CONSPIRATOR (K090): Jumped awkwardly. Near the 300 Metres was steadied and shifted to the inside of AMAZING FUN to obtain clear running. BULB GENERAL (K218): Sent for sampling post-race. RAINBOW SEVEN (K145): No report. STRAIGHT TO GLORY (K340): No report. ROMANTIC PARTY (K372): Near the 250 Metres was bumped by RUBY SAILING, resulting in its rider M F Poon having to correct his mount. After the event M F Poon stated that with blinkers being applied for the first time he was instructed to go forward on the horse. COME FAST FAY FAY (K121): Jumped only fairly. Between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running. WINNING MACHINE (K239): After the event H Bentley stated that his mount responded to his riding in the early part of the Home Straight but over the final 200 Metres gave ground and he could offer no explanation for its failure to finish the race off strongly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. SAL (K267): Bumped on jumping. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. KING OBERON (H407): Sent for sampling post-race. RIDING HIGH (J403): Brushed a rail on entering the track, was examined by the Veterinary Officer at the Start and passed suitable to start. RUBY SAILING (H347): Approaching the 300 Metres improved to the inside of ROMANTIC PARTY where there was not sufficient room to do so. As a result RUBY SAILING raced tight to the inside of ROMANTIC PARTY and made contact with that runner near the 250 Metres. Apprentice P N Wong was advised to exercise more care and must ensure that there is sufficient room when she is improving into runs. After the race Apprentice Wong reported that her mount made a respiratory noise during the race. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to be a "roarer” which had previously been reported. NORTHERN BEACHES (H266): Withdrawn on 10.7.25 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (left front tendon injury) and replaced by Standby Declared Starter BEAUTY MISSILE.
