The horse recently trialed on March 14th at Happy Valley over 1200m, finishing (8-8-8) – showing little threat and failing to impress. Prior turf trials at Conghua on February 28th (1200m - 11-11-10) saw it tracking the pace with a reasonable performance, while a February 14th trial over 1000m was hampered by a slow start and it finished towards the rear. Its last run on turf at Sha Tin over 1400m was disappointing. It broke slowly, settled back in the field and lacked any significant acceleration, ultimately finishing well-beaten. Following a short break, it has had three barrier trials but hasn't demonstrated improved form. This will be its first start after transferring stables, stepping up to a mile on the Sha Tin turf. Receiving a 2lb weight relief, however this distance is likely unsuitable and the overall situation appears unfavorable. While capable of showing early speed, it’s best to see how it performs in this race before assessing its chances further.
