Three weeks ago, this horse ran a decent race over 1200m at Happy Valley, jumping moderately and settling towards the back. Maintaining a steady pace, it was overtaken by Russian Courage but only lost by three and a half lengths, finishing seventh. A subsequent dirt trial over 1200m saw the horse perform well with a four-pound weight reduction. The time was competitive, suggesting the ability to track the leaders or even set the pace. It possesses strong finishing kick within its group, and trainer/jockey combination remains solid. With a clean break, it is expected to be able to challenge for a forward position.
