Two weeks ago, this horse ran acceptably over a Sha Tin 1400m, settling in a good position tracking the leaders and making a move in the middle stages but failing to sustain it to the finish. Subsequently trialed at Happy Valley over a mile, carrying two pounds less weight and drawing a favorable barrier, positioning him to potentially track the pace. With a clean break, he is expected to contend for a forward position.
