On April 15th, the horse completed a relaxed turf trial at Conghua over 1200m (6-6-6), only maintaining pace. On April 7th, another turf trial at Conghua over 1000m saw a slightly slow start but a composed run. Five weeks ago, in a race over the same distance, the horse performed exceptionally well, jumping moderately and settling towards the back before finishing with fast final sections to secure second place, beaten by half a length – a strong performance. Two recent barrier trials haven’t shown expected progress. This time, the horse receives a one-pound weight relief, has previously won three times over this distance, faces favorable competition timing, and enjoys a good trainer-jockey rapport with intensified training. However, despite potentially settling back in the field, its finishing kick isn't as strong as rivals, making for an unfavorable situation.
