A recent trial (dirt 1200m: 5-5-4) saw him jump quickly before dropping back, finishing with a reasonable surge after being urged on from the 200m mark. Now stepping up in class, he will carry an additional three pounds this time and faces moderate competition. He has the potential to track the pace setters or even lead, benefiting from a trusting trainer-jockey relationship and positive work reports. A clean break is key; if he can secure a forward position, he should be competitive.
