On April 25th, a turf trial over 1600m at Conghua saw the horse win comfortably without being fully extended. A recent winner, five weeks ago in the same distance, it delivered an excellent performance, jumping slowly but finishing strongly with quick sections to take victory. Another barrier trial showed slight improvement. Moving up in class this time with a 16-pound weight reduction, and considering the relative times of its group, a hold-up tactic is anticipated. However, its finishing kick isn't as strong as some rivals, making its prospects less favourable despite having shown form over this distance previously.
