Four weeks ago, this horse ran over a Happy Valley 1800m, settling in a good position tracking the leaders but appeared tired. Switching to Sha Tin over 1400m now for his first attempt at this distance, he benefits from a two-pound weight reduction. The trip is not ideal and the barrier draw isn’t favorable. Even if able to secure a forward position, a strong finishing kick is expected, but this run should be considered a trial.
