On May 20th, completed a dirt trial over 1200m in 4-4-3, appearing relaxed throughout. Four weeks ago, over the same distance, performance was below expectations; slow start, settled towards the rear and finished with fast sections, beaten three and a half lengths for sixth place. A subsequent barrier trial showed slight improvement. This race benefits from a one-pound weight reduction and has previous form over this course and distance. Time figures are good within its group, appearing to have an advantageous setup. Despite drawing an outside barrier, the likely tactic is to settle back in the field; however, finishing kick may not be as strong as rivals, but should still be considered a threat.
