On May 9th, this horse recorded (Happy Valley turf trial 1200m: 7-7-6), running on with a moderate effort and finishing straight. On April 28th at Conghua, during a turf trial over 1000m (5-2-4) he stumbled slightly at the start but settled comfortably in mid-division. This is a New Zealand Previously Raced Horse with a MA288 predicted rating of 66. He has three wins from eight starts abroad, racing prominently and showing good acceleration towards the finish line, appearing to have strong will to win. While his two barrier trials this season haven’t been spectacular, he demonstrated fighting spirit and remains worth consideration despite potentially lacking full fitness.
