Five weeks ago, this horse ran very disappointingly in a dirt mile, slow out of the gate and settling towards the rear. He made a mid-race effort but finished poorly. Dropping back in class for his last run, he tried Happy Valley over a mile again, needing to carry 19 pounds more this time. He has failed to perform in three attempts at this distance, with unfavorable sectionals compared to other horses and an unpromising overall situation, despite drawing a good barrier, the chances appear slim.
