On March 6th, a turf trial over 1000m saw a moderate start with urging from the 200-meter mark and maintaining an inside position (8-7-6 sections). On May 23rd at Conghua, another turf trial over 1000m showed steady progress tracking the leaders (3-6-3 sections). Most recently on March 10th at Conghua over 1000m, the start was slow with slightly awkward movement (6-5-7 sections). This horse is a first-time starter, having begun training in Hong Kong late last month. Three trials have been completed this season with respectable showings; displaying a low action and speed suited to shorter distances. Straight running appears comfortable, strides are deep, footwork is strong and exhibits acceleration. Despite drawing a poor barrier, this debut run warrants attention.
