Two weeks ago, this horse performed reasonably well over a Sha Tin 1600m race, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear. He made progress in the middle stages with a strong acceleration but didn't maintain momentum. Now stepping up to a Sha Tin 1200m for its debut, carrying a three-pound weight reduction, this distance may not suit him. Drawing an outside barrier necessitates a hold-up tactic, however, his finishing kick was insufficient against the competition, making it unfavorable at present; further observation is recommended before considering a wager.
