On June 13th, this horse completed a turf trial over 1200m at Conghua (7-7-4), showing improvement compared to the group. Four weeks ago in a similar trial, the performance was poor; a slow jump led to settling towards the rear, with a mid-race effort that faded quickly resulting in a significant defeat. A recent barrier trial showed an unremarkable display. This time benefiting from a two-pound weight reduction and despite drawing an inside barrier within a slower section of timing, opportunities appear limited.
