Two weeks ago, this horse ran over a Sha Tin 1400m and was slow to jump, settling towards the rear but maintaining a steady pace with no significant acceleration. Last run, he trialed over a Sha Tin mile. This time, he’ll carry an additional 15 pounds, having shown previous form at this distance. His trial times were competitive within the group, and drawing a good barrier offers potential for a clear run. He appears well-prepared, with relative racing strength and if he jumps cleanly, is expected to contend for a forward position without difficulty.
